Why Juice Fast?!

Over time, the body accumulates toxins as a result of pollutants that we breathe, chemicals in our food, and water we consume (etc.). The body continually works to rid itself of these toxins, putting a strain on its immune system and health (leading to aging, fatigue, and disease).

 

Juice fasting has been said to be one of the safest and most effective ways to detoxify the body. Repeated short fasts, or one long fast (4 to 6 weeks) usually normalized body functions, eliminated biochemical disorder and imbalance, and restored the patient to excellent health. What To Expect While Juice Fasting;

In the first stage (first 2 to 3 days), your digestive system adjusts; your stomach shrinks and becomes less acidic and more alkaline. This is the part in which you experience the most "food craving".

In the second stage, your body relaxes into this (2nd to 4th day), food craving abate, and detox is in full swing (you may experience detox symptoms. Headaches, skin blemishes, fatigue).

In the third stage (3rd to 5th day), detox symptoms relieved, and possible bursts of energy or euphoria are often experienced!
